1. Prices All prices on this site are + VAT 17.5% (VAT No: 891 9084 81)
2. How do I Order? We have made the ordering process as straight forward as possible. Simply browse AWS Trading, choose your products and add them to your cart. Once you are satisfied with your choice click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for some details to complete your order. Once the order is completed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation via email. We accept Credit/Debit Card transactions, which are handled by our secure card processing facility with Protx, one of the leading companies in this field. Protx recognize that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. 3. Payment All goods shall be paid for in full by the purchaser to the seller at the time of ordering, by cash, cheque or by credit card online transaction. Account holders have the facility of a credit account, invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
4. Standard Delivery UK mainland standard delivery is sent by Royal Mail 1st class post or by courier depending on the size and weight of the product. The price is calculated by the weight of the product, delivery method can be chosen after you have entered your post code.

£7.00 Next working day delivery (by courier Monday –Thursday) Optional extra £7.00 next working day courier option is available for all products. (UK mainland only) orders must be ordered before 1:30pm for next working day. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland and Outer Scotland orders can only be sent by will be courier 2-3 working days.

In exceptional circumstances delivery may take longer. If you are not home when your goods are delivered, they will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your product please contact us at sales@awstrading.co.uk we endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, we do not send out packages on Saturdays or Sundays. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by a third party.

5. Product, Refunds & Cancellation We expect that you will be delighted with your product. If you have cause to be dissatisfied with the order you have received or if it is incorrect due to our error or faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or refund you and meet the cost of the return, provided you return it to us within 30 days of delivery, and contact us as indicated below. Spares and Accessories may be returned for refund within 30 days but the goods must be in new condition complete with packaging supplied. A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged to cover shipping costs and processing costs incurred on Items no longer required. Returned products must be sent to address on the contact page, Please note if you wish to return our product you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sales@awstrading.co.uk or Tel: 0845 094 2811. If the answer machine comes on please leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back as soon as possible. Price refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used when placing the order. All refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned order.
How to return items:
• Contact us first at sales@awstrading.co.uk with in 48 hours of receipt.
• Enclose a copy of your invoice with the returns.
• Return the product to the address given within 30 days.
Unless you are returning the product because it is incorrect due to our error, faulty or damaged on delivery, it must be returned in perfect resalable condition.
6. Warranty All products come with a one-year warranty.
7. General We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate. We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of AWS Trading.
8. Liability AWS Trading do not accept liability to you for any costs, loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising: (a) If the product is not used for its normal intended purpose (b) If the product is not fitted or installed by an expert fully qualified and competent to do the job and if the product has to be returned to us because it is incorrect due to our error, faulty or damaged on delivery, our liability is limited to the refund we may make as outlined above.
9. Fitting Garage Door Spares, Weather seals, Ironmongery and Security products.
Always get an expert to fit your new product. Never undertake the fitting of any product supplied by us unless you are fully qualified and competent to do it yourself.
10. Use of the website The content of this Website and material herein are subject to copyright. The material contained on this Website may not be modified, deleted, reproduced or used or otherwise made available for any other purpose without AWS Trading prior permission.
11. These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed and construed under English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute between us.
