Goods arrived within 36 hours of ordering and installation was simple using tools no more complicated than a screwdriver and a rag. The springs are pre-loaded and fixing was straightforward.

On Monday, I was facing a large expense, with the thought of a replacement up-and-over garage door all because a spring had broken.
Your website indicate that you could supply a replacement spring box complete.
By Tuesday afternoon, the carriers had delivered the spring box and with the aid of simple instructions the up-and-over garage door was fully working, just over 24hrs after I made my initial contact with you.
In between that time, I sought advice, which you were only too happy to offer.

I can't fault the level of service I received.
The only (very small) problem I encountered when fitting the unit was the instructions were a little on the small side (especially the diagrams).
Besides that very minor grip I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend your company.
