BRUSH BDS FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Please read fitting instructions carefully before attempting to fix your Brush BDS.
Heavy Duty Brush BDS

Measure bottom of door width.

Slide the brush out of the housing and cut the housing to size.

Using a pair of pliers cut brush to the same size ensuring the metal brush housing is crimped. This is to prevent the brushes falling out.

To prevent the brush insert coming out of the housing either crimp or glue at each end of the housing.

Screw firmly to base of door.

Adjust if necessary for perfect fit.
Standard Brush BDS & Wood Brush BDS

Measure bottom of door width.

Slide the brush out of the housing and cut the housing to size.

Using a pair of pliers cut brush to the same size ensuring the metal brush housing is crimped. This is to prevent the brushes falling out.

To prevent the brush insert coming out of the housing glue at each end of the housing.

Screw firmly to base of door.

Adjust if necessary for perfect fit.
TOOLS REQUIRED
Pencil, small hacksaw, screwdriver, pliers.
